ClearFactr, Inc. (“ClearFactr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.clearfactr.com, use our services, or interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Services. It does not apply to personal information you or your organization provide when using ClearFactr under a Master Services Agreement (MSA); that data is governed by the MSA and our Data Security Policy (available upon request or as attached to your MSA).

Service usage data: Financial models, spreadsheets, generated outputs, and any Personal Information (as defined in our Data Security Policy) that you upload or that the service processes on your behalf.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, session duration, and interaction data collected automatically via cookies, server logs, and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the ClearFactr platform (turning spreadsheets into production infrastructure/APIs).

We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as follows: With service providers and subprocessors, primarily Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts our entire infrastructure. AWS processes data solely under our instructions and maintains robust privacy and security standards (see AWS Privacy Notice for more).
With professional advisors, in mergers/acquisitions, or as required by law.
With your consent or at your direction.
4. Data Security
We take data security seriously. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry standards (including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks) and our Data Security Policy. All data is stored and processed on AWS infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade encryption, access controls, and compliance certifications. 5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Service Data is handled per the terms of your MSA.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to/ opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@clearfactr.com (mailto:privacy@clearfactr.com). We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. International Transfers
