With one click, we add 10% to the West's sales numbers in Q3 of 2016. ClearFactr shows the new values and color-codes the affected cells according to a heatmap.
Flipping the "Show Me" setting to "Value Change" will show the difference in value between the old and newly computed cells.
We can also view the results normalized as percentages. This is great for uncovering obscure cell relationships and leverage points in the plan.
Creating a scenario is easy. ClearFactr snapshots the entire model and keeps it in your scenarios library, along with a description you provide. You can save as many scenarios as you want, and they can be seen and managed from your Dashboard.
Choose up to 5 scenarios to compare with a single click.
Just like with our What If Analyzer, differences between the scenarios will be color-coded to make large positives and large negatives stand out.
You can control the visibility of the unaffected cells (the ones that don't change between scenarios), depending on the amount of context needed.
You can normalize all of the differences to percentages from the Show Me dropdown.
The Show Key Drivers checkbox shows you where those difference are coming from. It filters the results down to the cells that have differences in their formulas or input values.
What if you've got a model with multiple tabs and there are differences scattered all over? No problem. Click the Report button and they'll be gathered into one place for your review, and drill down further by sorting and filtering.
